Refund Return and Cancellation Policy

The material can be returned back within 72 hours after receipt. A request for return or replacement should be initiated at any of the contact method.

Exchanges and Returns

Any exchange/return will be acceptable if the material is available in its original packing. The invoice shall be presented at the time of exchange/return. Once opened, used or Invoice not provided, the product will not be exchanged/ returned.

Exchanges/Returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

• The packing is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
• The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
• The product has expired by the time of delivery.

If the return is accepted, expected date of pickup will be notified and material will be picked from the delivery address.

In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is done.

In case of any delivery related discrepancy, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order been marked as delivered.

Once the return is received and inspected, the client will be updated for the same. Discrepancy related to return will be updated to client. It will also be updated that the return material is approved or not.
If approved, the client will automatically be eligible for the refund. The refund will be reflected on original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancellation:

• An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the shipment is not done.
• If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
• ANHP reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
