As per the company policy “Product Delivery” will be made to each and every customer. The duration and delivery charges will be as per the norms of deliver partner. In case, location of the customer is remote, it may take 15 days time for delivery within India. Abroad deliveries will be made as per the Delivery terms and conditions.
In NCR region, delivery will be made in 3 days, rest of the India, within 10 days or as per the norms by Delivery Partner.

Any exchange/return will be acceptable if the material is available in its original packing. The invoice shall be presented at the time of exchange/return. Once opened, used or Invoice not provided, the product will not be exchanged/ returned.

In case of return/ exchange following methods can be adopted:

3. If the return is accepted, expected date of pickup will be notified and material will be picked from the delivery address. In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is done.
In case damaged or incorrect product is received, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order been marked as delivered. Please opt following methods to initiate the return:

Once the return is received and inspected, the client will be updated for the same. Discrepancy related to return will be updated to client. It will also be updated that the return material is approved or not.
If approved, the client will automatically be eligible for the refund. The refund will be reflected on original payment method within 7 working days.
All the products are liable for return under certain circumstances.
